Reaching for the Stars AR Reading Incentive
Dear Parents/Guardians:
This school year, I will be implementing the Accelerated Reading Program in my classroom. The theme in our classroom this year is to Reach for the Stars. My goal is to improve your child’s reading comprehension skills, fluency, and to inspire your child to read. Accelerated Reading has three main objectives:
improve student reading performance,
improve student's critical-thinking skills,
instill students with a lifelong love for reading.
Your child will be doing many exciting activities throughout the year with Accelerated Reading. You will notice that your child will have a new enthusiasm for reading while improving on their reading skills.
